About ...
Winston joined the DMG in autumn 2014 after completing a BS in Architecture at Ball State. He completed his MS studies in March, 2016. His focus while at the UW was on computational geometry, interaction design, and digital fabrication, with particular attention to hyperbolic paraboloid shells. His thesis committee chair was Brian R Johnson.
After graduation, Winston accepted a position as an "Integration Engineer" at Deeplocal, an innovative design and fabrication business located in Pittsburgh, PA. As of July, 2020, he is still there.
