Collective fabrication and construction using teams of robots present many advantages, but it also comes with challenges that we need to understand and resolve. This work is looking at collaboration in robotic fabrication, both the robot and the team of robots are seen as an assemblage and an assemblage of assemblages. They are assemblages of sensors, actuators and controllers augmenting each other and forming a whole that performs the collective fabrication process. The project combines an industrial robot arm (KUKA KR6 R700) and an educational mobile robot (Cozmo robot), two different robots with different intended applications working together to perform a common task
