Tangible User Interfaces > CAPRI

About

This project seeks to develop a design-review interface for Building Information Models (BIM), including CAD drawings and architectural design data. The initial implementation, CAPRI 1.0, used a sketch-based interface written in Java to access drawing data converted to SVG files. Current efforts (CAPRI 2.0) are focused on using a digital projector and web-cam to monitor user actions in an "interaction space" and present requested building information in an "over the shoulder" model.
