- Abstract
In late summer, 2016, Professors Johnson and Griggs were invited to join grad student Teng Teng and conduct a workshop at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts (SIVA) in Shanghai, China. Working with several groups of students who had been studying Rhino and Grasshopper over the summer with Teng, as well as additional SIVA faculty, we guided the students through a design and fabrication exercise at several scales, culminating in full-size fabrication of their designs. - Authors: Brian R Johnson, Kimo Griggs, Teng Teng
